“The place was amazing itself but there’re crabs everywhere around the property due to hurricane season. The breakfast was amazing. I book a private dinner the dinner was amazing. The room was great but there too many crabs in the property that ruined the experience.”

While the property has a beautiful ocean view and the potential to be a great family destination, the cleanliness and pest issues made our stay very uncomfortable. There were lizards throughout the inside of the bedrooms and cockroaches inside the villa. This made it difficult to relax, especially while traveling with family. We expected the accommodations to be clean and free of pests, but that was not the case. We contacted both Expedia……

“This is a pretty expensive hotel for the location. The reception was closed and I had to call for help at the pool VHF-radio... Very few people speaks English. I stayed in a suite, which has a nice bed, almost the only good thing about the place. On day 2 afternoon I wanted to take a shower, but as on day 1 no hot water and after a few attempts no water at all, not even cold. No reception. The pool area is okay, but no people. no breakfast, fancy full service menu in a small booklet, but no……

“Clean room and they extended the checkout time from 11:00am till 1:10pm free of charge!!”

“I really had a nightmare with the reservation through Expedia. They book a house for me that was not available by the time I got to the hotel. I got notice that the house we book the luxury house with the pool was not available and was never available. The facility did their best to accommodate me in my family and one of the small condo what I have learned to not book through Expedia instead book through the page of the hotel otherwise you might walk into the same issue.”
